"The Toastman" Maurice Bennett installed his latest work of art in Hong Kong's K-11 shopping mall this week. The giant mosaic was created for the Food Art Festival and depicts the famous Mona Lisa eating a pink ice cream cone.

Bennett creates patterns in toast by putting slices of bread under a heavy cast-iron stencil and burning them with a blow torch.

This particular piece incorporates 6,000 slices of bread.
