Oct. 8, 2010 Google doodle honoring John Lennon's 70th birthday.

Legendary musician John Lennon (October 9, 1940 – December 8, 1980) would've celebrated his 70th birthday on Saturday. For the first time, Google has embedded a YouTube video as its homepage doodle, in tribute to the late Beatle. The doodle manifests while the song Imagine plays (unfortunately, the view count doesn't show on the video page, but I imagine it's already sky high). Google's video doodle is an extension of additional video tributes being posted on the John Lennon YouTube channel.
