Congratulations to 14-year-old Anamika Veeramani from Cleveland, Ohio, winner of the 83rd Scripps National Spelling Bee. Veeramani was among 273 spellers who competed in the annual bee held in Washington, D.C. The winning word was a medical term, stromuhr.

(Yes, I watched the entire championship round, and on a Friday night no less. Don't hate.)
