Eat, Pray, Love, based on the The New York Times bestselling memoir, opened in theaters this weekend.

The movie stars Julia Roberts as author Elizabeth Gilbert, "a woman who embarks on a journey of self-discovery, finding the true pleasure of nourishment by eating in Italy; the power of prayer in India, and, finally and unexpectedly, the inner peace and balance of true love in Bali."

I'm probably the only girl on the planet who hasn't read the book yet; I plan to do so, but I have a strict "read the book before seeing the movie" credo, so it will just have to wait. And despite the less than average reviews, any movie that features Julia Roberts and pizza on a "no carb left behind experience," definitely appeals to me.
